How Old is Your Baby?!!

We returned to Texas from Branson and stayed a few more days to be able to join in the family celebration for Alex's birthday. Tara came over for the weekend too, so there was nonstop celebrating! We spent one day at the pool at Rob Fleming Park, with a lazy river, a waterslide, and a Chick-fil-A picnic.

We also took Alex birthday shopping at The Woodlands Mall, with rides on the carousel, and yummy Great American Cookies.

The third party was everyone at our house for pizza, presents, and a very unique and fancy frozen peach dessert cake that Amy and Olivia had spent several hours creating. It was a very special day in 1986 when Alex was born. We had been wishing for another addition to our family for years, and she was the answer to our prayers. Alex is a very unassuming, creative, witty, smart, generous, caring, and sensitive daughter, sister, mother, and friend, and we love her so much.
