We started the month off with a trip to Springboro to visit Chris, Colleen, and Max. Ohio was cold and wet and cloudy, so we experienced some winter weather afterall! We had a great time watching Max's daily swim sessions, and learning more about his prep for the upcoming Junior Olympic Swim Meet. Chris took Lee to a University of Dayton basketball game one evening, and another evening we all went to a movie, "A Dog's Purpose." We played games, and splurged at some of our old favorite eating spots. We got bundled up and Max demonstrated his driving skills, taking us for a ride around the neighborhood in his new golf cart. Max is such a bright and talented boy, and has a tender heart. Such a joy to spend time with this sweet and loving grandson.

I LOVE celebrating Valentine's Day! I mean, what's not to love?! This holiday is all about showing others how much we love them, either with notes/cards, candy, flowers, gifts, etc. Lee planned an extra special valentine date for us this year, including shopping, dinner, and a movie. He really wanted me to buy me some "real" cowboy boots, and when we couldn't decide between the everyday looking boots and the more dressed up boots, he bought me both -- a pair for Montana and a pair for Texas! Like I said, what's not to love?!
An especially exciting moment this month was when Chris called from the Smith&Nephew National meetings he was attending in Dallas to tell us that he had been named one of the top sales representatives in the company for 2016. We are so thrilled for him, and proud of the hard work he puts into his career.
Another fun February celebration is Olivia's birthday. This year she invited her friends for a Trolls birthday party in her back yard. They had a wild time playing games, eating treats, and watching the "Trolls" movie drive-in style on the big screen. Livi picked the menu for a family dinner and second celebration in our back yard the next night. She was thrilled to receive an entire bag of avocados, and snitched a little while helping Tara make guacamole! Happy 7th Birthday to our sweet Olivia, who is creative, full of fun, and a continuous ball of energy!

We definitely got to put the love into our February this year when we were able to actually put our arms around each member of our family and share the LOVE!!
