Sweet Baby June

The most exciting day of the summer was August 18th, when at 10:58 a.m. Alex gave birth to a beautiful little girl, June. I was thrilled to be in the delivery room with Alex and Nick at Willowbrook Methodist Hospital to witness the overwhelming joy of the miracle of birth. Once the doctor arrived, Alex only needed two big pushes to bring June into the world. She seemed tiny to me, but at 9 lbs. 4 oz. June wasn't "tiny" in the world of newborns!

Leo was with the Cosby family, and Aunt Amy helped him and her girls make pink cupcakes for June's birth day. They were all so anxious to come to the hospital and meet little June and have a turn holding her close.

We are so grateful to welcome sweet baby June into our family, and for her safe arrival. Alex and Nicholas are very loving and patient parents, and are blessed with a beautiful family.
