Lee has a long list of projects/ideas for the house and property in Whitefish (and is anxious for any excuse to make the trip back to the wild!), so he jumped at the chance to meet Chris there for the weekend. March is probably a little too early to be considered "spring break" in northwestern Montana, so they didn't get to work on all of the things Lee had hoped for, but they shoveled enough snow to clear a spot to put in the firepit. Among other things, Chris also helped to identify and organize the tv and sound system components in the house. The best part of the week for Lee was just returning to some treasured father/son time -- especially without me helping to organize their time!

While Lee headed away from crowds and chaos, I went in the opposite direction towards the spring break crowds and chaos of Disneyworld! Tara had a dance event in Orlando for the week, so Amy & Ben took advantage of the chance to celebrate Isabelle's 5th birthday in the Magic Kingdom, and invited me to join in the fun. We stayed with Tara at the beautiful Waldorf-Astoria, and had a great time exploring the amenities of the fabulous resort and dropping in to check out the dancing in the ballroom. What an extra special treat it was for me to be able to experience the Disneyworld parks through the eyes of Isabelle and Olivia. It was truly magical!

Although in opposite directions, and in opposite settings, we had so much fun
breaking into spring and now we are getting some R&R at home before our next adventure!
